Nobuyuki Tsujii: Rachmaninoff - Piano Concerto No. 2, in C minor Op. 18
I just found an interesting comment by a viewer below who's probably an era-defining musical "genius" (richardvolpe 7664): Of all the works for piano & orchestra composed in the 20th century, this has to be the least difficult, the least complicated, the easiest to learn, and the most over-rated of them all.
Nope.
At United, the good leads the way. Matters as much as where you are going. From all of us, thank you and enjoy your flight!
caugh ruins concert!
One of the greatest in all clasic !
DEAR LANG LANG I LOVE YOUR SMILE WHEN YOUR'PLAYING ....MUSIC BECOME SO EXPRESSIVE...THANK YOU
For anyone interested in hearing how this magical piece sounds in just intonation (tuned to the harmonic series) - ruclips.net/video/D-R4UUHKeeI/видео.htmlsi=GSg3LM8FruxGxfAk
5:18 Is beyond good
❤
NOT ONE WRONG NOTE!!!!
Civilization V
Grateful to be alive in a world where Lang Lang plays the piano. So much of his character comes through in his playing. Something all musicians strive for. 🙏🏻
Sublime
Lang Lang is having great fun, which is in tune with this amusing piece. Thumbs up to the audio engineer also.
Wonderful performance! Which symphony/conductor performed with Lang Lang?
Master
bravi
After avoiding this video for two years, I recently stumbled across it, and thought I'd give it another "go", and see if my reaction today is any different from what it was then. It turns out that it's even worse now. I find it SO difficult to look with approval on such a flamboyant display of smug arrogance and unrestrained expressions of mawkishness and self-adoration - - all cunningly and painstakingly contrived to have an indelible impact on his viewers. It takes guts, to put it mildly, to exhibit such a spectacle of unabashed, pretentious shamelessness as seen here. Needless to say, I won't be revisiting this revolting circus act anytime soon.
😆😆😆🤣
Espectacular versión!! Me encanta!!
Muuuuuchas gracias
Wonderful.....Each time this masterpiece is played, the world is made a bit better,,,,May future generations enjoy live performances....unto eternity!
I love thibaudet but I prefer argerich in this piece.... i love ravel this is for me his best work. His escence is there all over the piano
Sublime. Thank you Mozart. Thank you Yeol Eum Son.
Harika tınılar bunlar👌
Who is the 1st violin? She shakes hands with the pianist at the beginning and end of the piece.
It is customary for a soloist to greet the 1st violin aka concertmeister
Its an affront to the artists to cut off the reward. I would have liked to see the audience's reaction.
3:46 Not quite canonical, but much more passionate imho
You can play in instrument. And you can hear who loves it!
*Full of soul..... very soothing **1:34** **4:42** Kudos! Cheers! Isabella*
My favorite piece. I’ve not heard this performance before but despite the brilliance of Ling Ling’s playing, it’s also somehow the most connected and well balanced I’ve ever heard the orchestra and piano. Bravo indeed, a masterpiece all around.
Lindo! Lindo!

Surely "Liebesträume" is the plural; since this is just one of them, should it not be Liebestraum (no umlaut, no final e)?
Do we have a date for this recording?
Good solo ❤❤❤❤❤
Happy 100th birthday Rhapsody in Blue 💙
ruclips.net/video/-ZDPT-fUEVw/видео.htmlsi=MFR0Hnae9SokeZJU A NEW MOVE=1924-2024!
Just WOW!
Good ❤❤❤❤❤ solo Good 😊❤😊🎉
Simply the best exponent of Liszt in the world today❤ 2:39
When I first heard this piece, it hit me really hard at 1:19 the tears started flowing..... at 4:24 I just lost it....... X_X;
It's tantrically orgasmic when nature climaxes to the sound of an orchestra's ensemble of unified primal passion played both Collectively and Individually....Ahhh such sweet release. Thank You
